Description
Small black picture frame with, “OM MANI PADME HUM” handwritten and Om symbols drawn in white marker. Inside the picture frame is a printed image of The Four Armed Chenrezig Mandala, the embodiment of compassion, with “OUR THOUGHTS and PRAYERS / THE YSERN-Sugranes Family,” handwritten on the back in black marker.
Historical Notes: Om Mani Padme Hum is a mantra that Tibetan Buddhists believe invoke the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig when said out loud or silently to oneself. Viewing the written form of the mantra is believed to have the same effect as saying it out loud.
