Description
Foam poster board with a rainbow border. A photo of Luis Omar Ocasio Capo is in the center and, “Luis Omar Ocasio Capo” is typed in black ink. Printed and glued on to the poster board is a black piece of paper that says, “You will be dearly missed. You were such an amazing person.” with a black remembrance ribbon underneath. There are two red and white Target logos, one in the upper right corner and one in the lower left corner. The bottom right corner has an image of a candle that reads, “In Loving Memory.”
