Decoupaged Rock (2016.034.0841)
Description
Small rock decoupaged with a printed image of Jean Carlos Nieves Rodríguez on one side. The reverse side has the victim’s initials, “J.C.N.R.,” handwritten in black marker and the number “46” circled. Found with one decorated rock (2016.034.0861) and one rock for each victim placed in a heart shape.
