Description
Portrait of Juan Pablo Rivera Velázquez by Plineo Pinto. “JUAN P. RIVERA VELAZQUEZ [sic],” is written on the back in pencil. There are two stickers attached to the back; one reads, “Juan P. Rivera / Velazquez [sic] / 37 / by Plineo Pinto,” and the other one reads, “Juan P. Rivera Velazquez [sic] / 37 years old.”
Historical Notes: On July 3, 2016, eighteen Orlando artists gathered at Falcon Bar to create portraits of the 49 victims of the Pulse tragedy.
