Digital photograph of a wooden sculpture with “NEVER FORGOTTEN,” and the 49 victims names engraved in black. There is a rainbow painted EKG line made from wood planks at the bottom. Photo donated by Orange County Government, Frank Weber.
Historical Notes: On July 18, 2016, History Center staff cleared the remaining memorial items left the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
