Portrait on paper of Juan Chavez Martinez by Wendi Swanson. “8 Juan Chevez-Martinez [sic] / Artist: Wendi Swanson” is handwritten on the back in pencil. Two stickers are attached to the back; one reads, “Juan Chevez- Martinez [sic] / 25 / by Wendy Swanson,” and the other reads, “Juan Chevez-Martinez [sic] / 25 years old.”
Historical Notes: On July 3, 2016, eighteen Orlando artists gathered at Falcon Bar to create portraits of the 49 victims of the Pulse tragedy.
